Nach 15 Jahren Projektentwicklerstudie mit jährlichem Ergebnisbericht ist im Sommer die Analyse der Projektentwicklungen online gegangen als interaktiver Development-Monitor. Das Besondere: Rankings und Marktstrukturen sind das ganze Jahr über verfügbar und können individuell analysiert werden. 

Neu sind auch die Developer-Profiles, ein Online-Katalog mit Informationen zu ausgewählten Projektentwicklern. Basis der Portfolioinformationen sind die Daten aus dem Monitor, ergänzt durch qualitative Informationen der Unternehmen selbst zu Ankaufsprofil, strategischen Partnern, USP, ESG-Merkmalen, Exit-Strategie und Track Rekords.
