Ralf-Peter Koschny CRE FRICS

Ralf-Peter Koschny is Spokesman of the Executive Board of bulwiengesa AG and responsible for the Retail and Leisure divisions.

As part of his work at bulwiengesa, he maintains memberships in numerous national and international associations and federations such as the German Council of Shopping Centers, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Counselors of Real Estate. Mr Koschny is also a Fellow in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Ralf-Peter Koschny has held a senior position at bulwiengesa since 1995. Previously, he worked as an urban planner at FPB - Freie Planungsgruppe Berlin GmbH and as a project manager for economic development at the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
