Occupancy structures and their changes or portfolio reflect current developments and are also a benchmark for possible prospects. Since 2020, we have been analysing German high streets for CT Real Estate Partners GmbH & Co. KG have been analysing German high streets annually. To do this, we analyse the occupancy structures of 141 high streets, take a close look at current trends and discuss the practice and vision in city centres. We have already asked "What's next?", "And now?" and "What's changed?". The current 2023 report once again presents facts on changes in store occupancy structures and levels of chain store expansion as well as concept ideas. The next issue will be published in September 2024.
