Der Markt für Micro-Living schüttelt die Auswirkungen der Pandemie ab: Die Auslastung liegt bei den Mitgliedsunternehmen der Initiative Micro-Living wieder bei 94 %. Die durchschnittliche All-In-Miete beträgt rund 592 Euro pro Monat, das ist ein Anstieg von 1,20 Euro/qm innerhalb eines halben Jahres. Die Bewirtschaftungskosten stiegen um 10,1 % auf 7,09 Euro pro Quadratmeter.
