Investor study
Akquireal is a platform on which purchase profiles of real estate investors are listed. Our analysis of the individual profiles is intended to answer who is looking for what, where and at what conditions. At the same time, demand trends or spatial concentrations can be derived.
Important results:
- For many investors the city category (A/B/C/D-city) is insignificant: 60 % searched in all categories. However, for as many as 22 % of the cases, the specific city category is decisive.
- In terms of the property types searched for, it is predominantly existing properties and land that are sought; together these occur in at least 80 % of the profiles.
- In terms of asset classes, the focus is on residential and office (over 55 % each). Logistics and hotels, on the other hand, are rather niche topics with up to 20 %.
