Kurzstudie Gesamtmietbetrachtung Büromarkt Deutschland 2025

Die Gesamtmietbelastung für Büroimmobilien in deutschen A-Städten ist seit 2016 drastisch gestiegen. Während die Aufmerksamkeit meist den Kaltmieten gilt, entwickeln sich die Betriebskosten zum entscheidenden Kostentreiber. Das zeigt die neue Gesamtmietbetrachtung von bulwiengesa in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauakademie Unternehmensgruppe.
